The final AGM 2025 Agenda and supporting documents will be forwarded to current members no later than 20 November 2025.
Members are asked to consider who they would like to propose for Committee roles. The elected Committee roles and current post holders are shown below.
Please note The role of the DO is key to the safe and smooth running of the branch and it is an essential role for the club to function. A description of the DO’s role is set out on the BSAC website. Although this states that the DO should be an Advanced Diver, the role is also open to Dive Leaders, who can be supported in the role by senior members. Anyone interested in the role should speak to Kevin in the first instance.
The Chairperson’s role also remains vacant. The chair can provide vital support to the committee throughout the year.
Current members can nominate a member and instructor of the year. Please use the nomination form send your nominations to the secretary by email before the AGM or hand them in on the night (there will be some printed forms that you can fill in on the night).
