Training sessions for up to four people (minimum of two) will take place on Sunday mornings between 10am and midday on six dates in February and March. The sessions should not take more than 40 mins, so three sessions are planned per Sunday.
The dates for training are 9, 16, 23 February and 2, 9 and 16 March.
Members are asked to email club secretary Graham H with their preferred dates/times by Friday 31 January.
