Twelve divers joined in the Dacorum Scuba traditional post Christmas dive at Stoney Cove in 2024.
The conditions were bracing as usual, with a water temperature of 7 Centigrade at depth, and one dip proved to be sufficient for everyone.
Buddy pairs set their own plans and visited the regular underwater attractions including the Viscount cockpit, Wessex Helicopter, Stanegarth and Defiant boats to wash away the diving cobwebs.
Alex and Hefin used their dry suits in open water for the first time and Hefin gained some Assistant Dive Manager experience by logging the dives for the day.
We adjourned to Nemos for a very welcomed post-dive lunch and to thaw out.
Here’s looking forward to further diving expeditions in 2025.
